Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Arena XOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including athletes, spectators, sponsors, and competition organizers.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or create accounts on behalf of others without authorization.

3. Credits and Payments

Arena XOS uses a credit system. Credits are purchased through Stripe and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits do not expire. 10 credits are consumed per AI video score request. Competition entry fees are stated at time of entry and are also non-refundable unless the competition is cancelled by the organizer.

Arena XOS does not guarantee any prize pool payout timeline. Prize distribution is governed by individual competition rules.

4. Content & Submissions

By submitting video content for scoring, you represent that you own the content or have the right to submit it. You grant Arena XOS a non-exclusive license to process the content for scoring and to display your scores and profile publicly. You may not submit content that depicts illegal activity, infringes third-party rights, or violates our community standards.

5. AI Scoring

Arena XOS AI scores are generated algorithmically and represent our platform's assessment of performance. Scores are provided for informational and competitive purposes only and do not constitute official sanctioned judging for any governing body. Score disputes must be filed within the dispute window stated in competition rules.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• ◆Submitting fabricated, edited, or deceptive video content
• ◆Attempting to manipulate scores or rankings
• ◆Creating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantage
• ◆Harassing other users or competition organizers
• ◆Reverse engineering or scraping the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Arena XOS is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes & Contact
