HOW WE SCORE

Arena XOS uses proprietary AI to analyze every visible element of your athletic performance. Here's what we measure, what you see, and how we ensure fairness — without revealing the engine under the hood.

We Score What You See

Every dimension in your score breakdown corresponds to a visible element of the performance. If you can see it in the video, we can measure it.

Every Score Is Locked

Once delivered, your score is tamper-proof and permanent. No one — not even us — can alter a delivered score without a formal dispute process.

Multiple Dimensions

Performances are evaluated across 10+ independent dimensions. Each dimension receives its own score, giving you a complete performance picture.

Known Limitations

Video quality, camera angle, lighting, and obstructions can affect scoring accuracy. When confidence is low, we flag it. Scores include a confidence indicator so you know how reliable the result is.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

How does the AI know what a good ride looks like?

Our scoring engine has been trained and calibrated against thousands of professionally judged performances. It evaluates the same visible elements that expert judges assess — but does it consistently, at scale, in under 90 seconds.

Can I dispute a score?

Yes. Every athlete has the right to dispute any score within 72 hours. Disputes trigger a secondary review process. If the review determines the original score was inaccurate, it will be revised.

What video quality do I need?

For best results: steady camera, good lighting, full view of the performance from start to finish. 720p minimum, 1080p recommended. Avoid extreme angles or heavy obstruction.

Is the scoring algorithm public?

The scoring methodology is proprietary. What IS public: every score breakdown, every dimension measured, and every coachable cue. You see exactly what was scored and how you performed — just not the engine under the hood.
